Moos is a lovely brown market eatery, but blink and you miss it. Make sure to pop inside and have a chat with market legend Sylvia Jong. She makes a mean breakfast, including local delicacy ‘broodje halfom’ (a salt-cured meat/cooked liver sandwich). People swing by all day (“I start deep frying at eight in the morning!”) and she enjoys a quick hello in the kitchen.
